The PSLE English papers are evolving, and Luminee Learning is keeping pace with these changes. Our refreshed Visual Text Comprehension module is aligned with the 2025 PSLE format, where students will now encounter two distinct texts instead of the previous single two-page spread.


The total number of questions has been streamlined from eight to five, and In the updated format, students are asked not only to read but to interpret meaning from combinations of visuals and text. Questions may target information from Text 1, Text 2, or require comparison and synthesis across both texts — there can be one or more such text-to-text connection items, asking students to identify similarities, contrasts, shared purposes, or implied conclusions.
